RELIFE RL-069A
RELIFE RL-069A is a rosin atomizing pen designed as an auxiliary tool for detecting short circuits on electronic circuit boards, such as those in mobile phones and computers. It works by atomizing solid rosin into a dense smoke to visually identify fault points quickly without the need for a traditional soldering iron.
Key Features
· Function: The primary purpose is for non-invasive short circuit detection on motherboards by making overheating components visible through the way the smoke dissipates or settles.
· Ease of Use: The device is simple to operate, typically requiring the user to place a small piece of solid rosin in the base, click a button quickly five times to turn it on, preheat for about 2 seconds, and then long-press to start the atomization process.
· Wireless and Rechargeable: It features a built-in rechargeable lithium battery and USB charging capability, allowing for wireless and portable operation.
· Safety and Efficiency: It's designed to be safe for use on sensitive components and effectively identifies faults without risking damage from direct, repeated heat application from a soldering iron.
· Fast Atomization: The device heats up quickly (within 1-2 seconds), which eliminates long waiting times associated with traditional methods.
How to Use
1. Power On: Press the power button on the handle five times quickly to turn the device on.
2. Add Rosin: Place a small piece of solid rosin into the designated spot in the device's base.
3. Preheat & Atomize: The device preheats in about 1-2 seconds. Press and hold the button to start producing dense rosin smoke.
4. Detect Short Circuit: Direct the smoke from the glass cover's outlet over the area of the motherboard you wish to test. When power is applied to the board's power line, the shorted component will heat up and melt the rosin residue, indicating the fault location.
5. Power Off: Press the button five times quickly again to turn the device off after use.
