RELIFE RL-518 is a professional universal glue remover liquid engineered specifically for electronics and smartphone repair. Technicians use it primarily to soften and dissolve stubborn polyurethane (PUR) and silicone adhesives holding phone screens, frames, and brackets together.

Basic Application Process

1.      Apply Slightly: Drop a small amount of RL-518 liquid exactly onto the seam between the screen assembly and the outer frame.

2.      Apply Heat (Optional): Applying light heat (around 50°C) helps the formula penetrate and break down factory seals much faster.

3.      Separate Frame: Carefully slice or lift the loosened display module away from the body using an opening pick.

4.       Dry Thoroughly: Always ensure the flex cable connections and surrounding components are completely dry before retesting or powering on the device.
