RELIFE F-22A is a 10CC multipurpose metal special soldering flux primarily used for mobile phone motherboard, battery, and electronic component repairs. It is specifically formulated as a high-performance, syringe-style translucent paste designed to handle tough, non-standard metals that traditional fluxes struggle to bond with.

 

Key Features & Specifications

·         Material Compatibility: Highly effective for soldering and welding difficult metals including stainless steel, nickel sheets (such as phone battery tabs), copper, iron, and galvanized sheets.

·         Oxidation Repair: Formulated to quickly dissolve and clear away the oxide layer from the metal surface, which drastically reduces surface tension and ensures a smoother solder flow.

·         Electrical Safety: Offers high insulation resistance and is entirely non-conductive, meaning it will not cause short circuits on delicate PCB trace lines if residue is left behind.

·         Thermal Performance: Features stable, multi-temperature equilibrium thermal conductivity, preventing the paste from drying out prematurely under prolonged heat exposure.

·         Chemical Profile: It is a halogen-free, rosin-based, no-clean formula. It emits no irritating or pungent odors during use and is non-corrosive to electronic components
